KOTR Snow Bank Rink Update
October 08, 2026
After careful consideration and a review of the upcoming weather conditions, we determined that the most cost‑effective approach is to proceed with building only the structure of the rink at this time. The rink structure will be built, but the rink will not be completed or iced until we know the weather will cooperate. If temperatures allow, we will move forward with creating and maintaining the ice so the community can enjoy a functional rink this year.

Keswick on the River is part of the Windermere area in Southwest Edmonton. Development began in 2011 and is near completion.
The neighbourhood is located at the west end of Ellerslie Road, just before the North Saskatchewan River. Access to major routes, including Terwillegar Drive and the Anthony Henday, is just 5 minutes away.
Life On The River
Tucked between the banks of the North Saskatchewan River and an environmental reserve, Keswick on the River's residents enjoy sweeping views of the river valley and 8km of paved walking trails to explore the community.
