Announcement NEW Payment System - IVRNET

The board of Keswick on the River is proud to announce that all future HOA fees will be paid using an online HOA management platform. IVRNET has been selected as our community invoice management and payment processing platform for KOTR HOA.

Effective 2025, all HOA fees will be processed through this secure platform, which will be linked to the community website. Payments will only be accepted through the payment platform.  Payment methods include Interac and Credit Card.  Cheques will still be available with a $10.00 administrative fee.   Additionally, there will be a Telepay option for secure phone payments with an associated fee.  There will be no additional cost to residents utilizing the platform to pay their annual fees. HOA fees will remain unchanged for 2025 at $350.00 + GST.

A welcome email will be sent out for each resident that has provided their email. Owners with multiple residences will be able to register a primary and other residences.  Residents that don't have an email on file can register through the following link.
