2023 HOA Annual Fee Package

To all KOTR Residents,

The 2023 HOA fee invoice, letter, budget and upcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") information has been sent out to homeowners today (March 1, 2023) and made available here. Homeowners with email registered in our system will receive the package via email from the boards PerfectMind Application.

Homeowners who have not provided us with their email will receive the package via Canada Post within the next few business days.  Please send us an email with your name and KOTR property address to aid the HOA Board in reducing future mailing costs and maintaining effective communication.

The 2023 HOA fee is $350 + GST.  The 2023 HOA fees are due May 1, 2023.  Please note that penalty and interest will be applied on all outstanding accounts effective May 2, 2023 and will be subject to collection.  Please refer to the letter for method of payments.

The 2023 AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 7:00pm at the Windermere Golf & Country Club.  All homeowners interested in running for the 2023 KOTR Homeowners Association Board of Directors and who are in good standing, please submit your name and property address to board@kotrhoa.ca by March 15, 2023.

The 2022 Audited Financial Statements is being reviewed by auditors and will be posted on the website as soon as they are available (before AGM).

The AGM agenda will be posted on this website prior to the AGM. Any questions regarding this year's HOA fees, the budget, 2022 Audited Financial Statements, or any other issues are to be brought up at the AGM on April 5, 2023. AGM meeting minutes will be posted on the website shortly after for those that cannot attend.
