HOA IN URGENT NEED OF BOARD MEMBERS FOR 2023

The current board has 7 members, the majority of which will be not be returning as of April 6, 2023. So far, only 1 person has submitted their name for the upcoming board. Having 2-3 members serving 620 plus households is unmanageable. If that is the case, an external property management company and other professional services may need to be hired, the cost of which will come out of HOA fees.

We urge all residents to consider applying for the HOA and to provide us with your contact information before March 15, 2023.
