Tentative Annual General Meeting (AGM) date

Hi KOTR residents,

The board will be holding the next AGM around March end/beginning of April of 2023 to ensure proper time given to ours auditors to review the 2022 financials. 

An agenda item for this meeting will be voting to establish board appointments. Just a reminder that HOA is not similar to other non-profit boards where the focus is on strategy.  HOA focuses heavily on operational activities. Board members require specific skill sets to action daily tasks and extensive time commitment is required (including evenings and weekends). Members must have passion to serve the KOTR community and actively contribute to move tasks forward.
